Julie Underwood - Founder BIO

With more than 20 years of education experience as a former university administrator, secondary teacher, and college professor, Julie Underwood founded Focus For Leaders. FFL is a growth coaching company that trains success-seeking individuals and organizations to focus on the power of purpose by equipping them with the tools to transform their thinking, build enriching relationships, and achieve their goals. Julie offers empowering leadership and communication skills training as John Maxwell Certified trainer, speaker and coach. She also shares her expertise in managing life’s most valuable resource - time - as a Full Focus Certified Planner Pro. When she isn’t training, speaking or learning new things, she loves to kayak on the Snake River and hike the hills around her home in southern Idaho with her husband, Raub and their Goldendoodle, Remi. Soon they hope to spend their winters in Patagonia, Arizona in the 100-year-old adobe home which they are currently remodeling.
